- Celia has taught saxophone and clarinet in the Sacramento and Davis area for 30 years. She also has performed with many big bands in the Sacramento and Bay Area as well as the Sacramento and Merced Symphonies. Celia continues to direct many youth jazz groups. She is accepting new students again.
